<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26201" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4851-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4851-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4851-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4851-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4851.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">What you need:</h3>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 small foam craft pumpkin</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">2 pack of door knob wall shields</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">craft knife</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">2 foam brushes</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">orange acrylic paint&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Mod Podge</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">small sandwich bag of rice or beans, for weight</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">small fake succulent plants</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">fake moss, optional</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">hot glue</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Directions:&nbsp;</h3>
<p style="text-align: center;">1. Start by removing the foam stem and using a craft knife, cut a circle in the top and cut and scoop out the center foam until you have a opening to hold your succulent.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">2. Now paint your pumpkin and wall shields (both sides) . I used a pretty metallic orange paint and added 2 coats.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">3. Once the paint is dry, add a layer of Mod Podge to seal.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">4. Add a cup or two of uncooked rice or dried beans to a baggie.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">5. Seal and add the baggie to the opening of your pumpkin. This will weigh it down.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">6. Cut a small slit on each side of the top of the pumpkin to hold the ears. Slide the painted wall shield &#8220;ears&#8221; into the top.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">7. Now add moss (optional), gluing around the outside of the opening.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">8. Finally, add your succulent plants to the opening. Optional: to secure it more you can glue the bottom leaves to the pumpkin.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">9. Display and enjoy your Disney fall creation!</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-AKI1a2G2WnY/Vi-R6AhV-bI/AAAAAAAAcvw/V-To6Tp7TU8/s1600/spoon.png" align="center" data-blogger-escaped-style="border: 0pt none;"></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26192" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4821-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4821-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4821-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4821-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4821.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Start with a small/medium foam craft pumpkin from Dollar Tree.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26194" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4842-683x1024.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4842-683x1024.jpg 683w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4842-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4842-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4842.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You will also need a 2 pack of door knob wall shields which can also be found at Dollar Tree.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26190" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4819-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4819-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4819-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4819-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4819.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Start by removing the foam stem and using a craft knife cut a circle in the top and cut and</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">scoop out the center foam.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26195" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4843-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4843-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4843-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4843-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4843.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You should have a deep enough opening to hold your succulent.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26189" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4818-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4818-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4818-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4818-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4818.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Now paint your pumpkin and wall shields (both sides). I used a pretty metallic orange paint and added 2 coats.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You can skip this step on the pumpkin but I think the craft pumpkins look much better when they have a solid gloss paint over them.&nbsp;</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26191" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4820-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4820-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4820-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4820-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4820.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Once the paint is dry, add a layer of Mod Podge to seal. I used the glossy kind.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26196" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4844-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4844-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4844-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4844-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4844.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Add a cup or two of uncooked rice or dried beans to a baggie.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26197" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4845-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4845-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4845-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4845-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4845.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Seal and add the baggie to the opening of your pumpkin. This will weigh it down.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26198" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4846-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4846-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4846-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4846-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4846.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Cut a small slit on each side of the top of the pumpkin to hold the ears.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26200" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4850-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4850-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4850-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4850-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4850.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Slide the painted wall shield &#8220;ears&#8221; into the top.&nbsp;</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26204" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4893-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4893-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4893-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4893-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IMG_4893.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">You need to cook for at least a couple minutes so they are not doughy inside so adjust your temperate if they get too dark.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Time to get your sugar shaker!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-29947" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7324-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7324-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7324-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7324-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7324-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7324-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7324-scaled.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You need at least 1/2 cup powdered sugar but I usually double it!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-29949" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7330-683x1024.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7330-683x1024.jpg 683w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7330-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7330-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7330-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7330-1365x2048.jpg 1365w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_7330-scaled.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Hi Foodie friends!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I hope you were able to check out our <b><a href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/2017/05/diy-mickey-waffle-bar-and-mickey-mouse.html">Disney Kids Preschool Playdate</a></b> posted earlier this month. The kids had a blast at a local park with all their friends at their <i>Mickey Mouse Clubhouse</i> themed party sponsored by <b>Disney</b>. We made <a href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/2017/05/mickey-mouse-chocolate-dipped-rice.html">Mickey Mouse Chocolate Dipped Rice Krispies Treats</a> as favors and the hit of the party was our <a href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/2017/05/diy-mickey-waffle-bar-and-mickey-mouse.html">DIY Mickey Waffle Bar</a>!&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/IMG_0512-1024x735.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/IMG_0512-1024x735.jpg" width="413" height="297" border="0" data-original-height="1150" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Today I wanted to share a few more fun details from our party preparations and another Mickey themed food display, our <b>Mickey Hot Diggity Dog Bar</b>. To save time and trouble I served the hot dogs in a large Crock-Pot along with all the fixins&#8217; on the side. I am telling you this is the way to go if you are feeding a crowd! I had 24 hot dogs in my slow cooker and all I did was plug it in at the beginning of setting up the party and voila they are hot and ready to go when guests start lining up for food!&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">The girls were thrilled to received a huge box from Disney in the mail last month!&nbsp;</div>
