<p style="text-align: center;">I use 3oz pistachio instant pudding mix for this recipe.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Or you can use vanilla or another light colored flavor and add green food coloring too.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-39094" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8674.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8674.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8674-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8674-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8674-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8674-150x225.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Make pudding according to package then add 1/2 cup to a small plate, spreading into a circle shape for the &#8220;egg&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-39095" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8676.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8676.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8676-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8676-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8676-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8676-150x225.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Top with a vanilla wafer in the center as the &#8220;yolk&#8221; and add sprinkles all over.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">This recipe is enough to make 4 plates. Serve and enjoy!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="wp-image-39087 alignnone" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8622.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8622.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8622-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8622-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8622-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8622-150x225.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /><img decoding="async" class="wp-image-39088 alignnone" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8624.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8624.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8624-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8624-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8624-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/IMG_8624-150x225.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>

<p>&nbsp;Prepare both pudding mixes in two separate bowls.<br />
I used strawberry cupcake flavor {pink} and white chocolate {white} and separated the prepared white pudding into two bowls. Add food coloring of choice. I did blue and purple.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This month we were lucky enough to take a trip back home to Florida before Ava heads back to school. Ashton unfortunately had to work so my Mom came to Louisiana then drove to Florida with us. We had a fantastic end of summer vacation with my parents and made memories I will treasure forever. We explored Farmer&#8217;s Markets in both Pensacola and Destin, spent our afternoons playing at the splash park and having picnics, filled out bellies every night with local seafood, and, my favorite, enjoyed the beautiful Northwest Florida beaches.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9857-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9857-682x1024.jpg" width="311" height="467" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">My babies both love water and they are happiest at the beach and pool. Ava loves feeding the seagulls with her Papa, combing the sand for shells with her Oba, flying kites with her Daddy, and splashing in the warm ocean water! Stella, my happy baby girl, wasn&#8217;t too sure about the sand at first, but boy did she loves the water and the waves!&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9877-657x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9877-657x1024.jpg" width="205" height="320" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I just love the pictures I captured of my girls on the beach during our trip. They look so happy and carefree and I hope they always stay that way!&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/14102389_10153833168800980_266124624838420340_n.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/14102389_10153833168800980_266124624838420340_n.jpg" width="180" height="320" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">In honor of our Florida trip I made <b>Beach Sand Pudding</b> for my girls and I to enjoy on our final vacation days. The recipe was sent to me by my friend Jennifer last summer and I simplified it and made them in mason jars so they were perfectly portable for beach picnics! Add cute little chocolate shells on top and tie on a spoon and you are all set!</div>
