Loaded Hashbrown Waffles
Makes 6-8 wafflesÂ
Ingredients

lb
frozen shredded hashbrowns
6
eggs
1/2
cup
cheddar cheese
shredded
4
slices
bacon
chopped {optional}
Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron.
Add hashbrowns to a large bowl and break into pieces with a spoon.
Add eggs and cheese and mix well.
Open waffle iron and spray with non stick spray on the inside.
Add a golf ball size mound of hashbrown mix to the center of each waffle plate.
Close and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
Remove waffles, repeat with remaining mix, then serve warm.
