Breakfast all in one!
These hashbown waffles are filled with all the breakfast faves including eggs, bacon, and cheese!
Perfect for breakfast on the go and busy weekdays.

Loaded Hashbrown Waffles
Makes 6-8 waffles
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 slices bacon chopped {optional}
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- Add hashbrowns to a large bowl and break into pieces with a spoon.
- Add eggs and cheese and mix well.
- Open waffle iron and spray with non stick spray on the inside.
- Add a golf ball size mound of hashbrown mix to the center of each waffle plate.
- Close and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
- Remove waffles, repeat with remaining mix, then serve warm.
