Minion Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
3
large bananas
sliced and frozen
ΒΌ
cup
skim or low fat milk
1
tablespoon
vanilla
yellow food coloring
blue sprinkles
optional
1
oz
pkg candy eyeballs
optional
Instructions
Slice bananas and place in a freezer safe zip top bag.
Freeze overnight or until solid.
Add frozen bananas, milk, and vanilla to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Add yellow food coloring to get your desired color {I did between 10-15 drops}.
Add a couple scoops of blue sprinkles and half of the candy eyeballs and stir in gently.
Pour contents into a loaf pan, smoothing down the top.
Sprinkle on the remaining candy eye balls on top.
Place back in the freezer.
Freeze for at least one hour or until solid.
Scoop into cones and serve.
