<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;It&#8217;s strawberry season and I have been using strawberries in just about every dessert I bake up.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Strawberries have been my main craving during this pregnancy and when I found this recipe for <b>Strawberry Cobbler</b> I knew I had to make it right away {and many times since then}.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" title="Strawberry Cobbler - fresh and hot out of the oven this delicious dessert is a crowd pleaser! <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I love that this recipe can be customized for just one serving or even a large 8X8 serving (9 servings).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">It is simple and delicious and after macerating the berries in sugar it takes only a few minutes to prepare.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Then just pop in the oven and serve warm with ice cream or fresh whipped cream on top.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" style="border: 0pt none;" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/spoon-16.png" align="middle"></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<p>This is another request from Ashton.<br />
He loves<b> Rhubarb Cobbler</b> and I {gasp!} have never cooked nor eaten rhubarb. I found rhubarb in the product section of my local grocery store. It looks like an intimidating pink root-stick thing but heck I am a foodie and I will try anything once so I bought a few pieces and set out to create a <b>Rhubarb Cobbler</b> for my hubby.</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="" title="Rhubarb Cobbler Inspired by the Pioneer Woman" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/IMG_0907-768x1024.jpg" alt="" width="304" height="405" border="0"></div>
<p>I looked through many, many cobbler recipes but this one from the Pioneer Woman blog caught my eye. I appreciated her simple steps and I liked her drop biscuit type cobbler topping. Verdict: I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This cobbler tasted like a sweet/tart, gooey/rich cherry like cobbler. So Ashton was right <i>again</i>! Just don&#8217;t tell him I said that <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
<p>Check out my cooking video!<a name="more"></a></p>

Secret ingredient? Almond extract! I love this and even add it to my sugar cookie dough!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp; Some of my favorite summer memories are picking berries in Baker, FL with my parents.<br />
Strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries grow like weeds in this<br />
area and we would fill buckets full of whatever sweet berry was in<br />
season. I even spent a birthday here as a teen. After a day of canoeing my parents brought my friends and I to Baker for berry picking and we had a blast!&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">This cobbler is one of my favorite dishes to make with the fresh picked berries (along with blueberry pancakes on Sunday morning!).&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
