<p style="text-align: center;">You can make this recipe one of two ways.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Peaches with yogurt or apricots with Cool Whip.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Scroll down to see which was our favorite!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-36907" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9396-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9396-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9396-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9396-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9396-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9396-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9396-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9396-150x100.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">For the apricot &#8220;eggs&#8221;:</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Start with thawed but still cold and not runny Cool Whip. Add a couple dollops of Cool Whip to the center of a small plate.<br />
Using a spoon spread to make a circular shape. It does not need to be perfect just as a regular egg is usually not a perfect circle.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">This will be your egg white.&nbsp; Top with one apricot, cut side down, in the center as the egg yolk.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-36908" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9397-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9397-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9397-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9397-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9397-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9397-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9397-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9397-150x100.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">For the peach &#8220;eggs&#8221;:&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Add a 1/2 cup yogurt to the center of a small plate and spread to make a circle.&nbsp;<br />
Add a peach half, cut side down, to the center of the yogurt.&nbsp;</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="wp-image-36906 aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9395-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9395-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9395-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9395-683x1024.jpg 683w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9395-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9395-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9395-1365x2048.jpg 1365w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9395-150x225.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Ashton had the idea to add &#8220;pepper&#8221; so we added a sprinkling of chia seeds on top of the peach egg dish.&nbsp;</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-36910" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9399-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9399-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9399-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9399-683x1024.jpg 683w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9399-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9399-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9399-1365x2048.jpg 1365w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9399-150x225.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Serve the &#8220;sunny side up eggs&#8221; as a breakfast treat.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I even left one in the skillet so it really resembled an egg.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-36912" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9401-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9401-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9401-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9401-683x1024.jpg 683w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9401-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9401-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9401-1365x2048.jpg 1365w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/IMG_9401-150x225.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">They definitely preferred the Cool Whip and apricot the best, as you can see from the clean plate.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">The yogurt and peach was larger and I didn&#8217;t think it looked as believable . But I just told them it was a turkey egg and they shrugged and dug in!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-36920" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/20230330_073019-01-scaled.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="400" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/20230330_073019-01-scaled.jpeg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/20230330_073019-01-225x300.jpeg 225w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/20230330_073019-01-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/20230330_073019-01-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/20230330_073019-01-1536x2048.jpeg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/20230330_073019-01-640x853.jpeg 640w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/20230330_073019-01-150x200.jpeg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">In the end, they were curious but not totally convinced! But overall it was funny and tasty so I consider that a winning prank!</p>

<div style="clear: both; text-align: center;">We love playing silly pranks on each other for April Fool&#8217;s so this year I made everyone&#8217;s favorite treat: cake pops! Ashton and Stella tried them and thought it was hilarious but Ava was too smart and figured it out!&nbsp;</div>
