I enjoy making fun lunches for school days and I’m always trying out new kid friendly recipes.

Charcuterie and rollups seem to be their faves.

I have included 12 different cards on one sheet, all in different sizes.

I prefer to print in color on cardstock so they are sturdier.

But it looks great in black and white on regular paper too.

After printing, cut out the individual cards and add to lunches throughout the month!

You can leave the way they are or sign your name or even add a note on the back.

Any way you give it, they are sure to add a smile to your kiddo’s face!

School ends here next week and today we are putting together our annual end of the school year gifts for my kids’ classmates and friends.

This year they agreed (shocker!) on the same gift idea: Pop Rocks! So I created these simple gift tags with two phrases to tape to the individual pop rock packs.

No baggies, ribbon, hole punching, etc this year (woohoo) and I love how cute and fun they are!

I love how thoughtful my girls are!

They take the time every year to make gifts and write thank you cards to their friends and teachers.

We found the best deal on the Pop Rocks at the Dollar Tree where they sell 3 individual packs for $1.25. You can also find them on Amazon, Party City, and Walmart.

Can’t find or don’t want to give Pop Rocks? You could also gift Rock Candy sticks or small bags of Chocolate Rocks and still use the Summer Rocks tags below.

I created two phrases for the free gift tags below:

Hope Your Summer Rocks! and Hope Your Summer Is Poppin!

Print out both or just one. They come in small 10 to a page or large 8 to a page.

My girls hard at work signing their names to the bottom of each cut out gift tag.

It’s optional but I think signing your name or adding a little note makes it more special and personal!

Now add tape to the back of the tag ( I used double sided) and place centered on the Pop Rocks pack.

The small size tags fit nicely on the bottom front of the packs and the larger tag fits perfectly on the whole backside.

All done and ready to gift!

How can it be the last week of school already?!

My kiddos are so excited for summer but sad to leave their friends and teachers. So we sat down and created these fun summer themed gifts they can hand out on the last day of school.

I even included printable tags below for you to download and add to your own gifts.

They are the perfect size for attaching to gift bags or small items like sunglasses, ice pops, and bubbles.

I created two summer themed gift tags for the girls’ end of school years gifts.

I love them because they are fitting for just about any summer themed gift from candy, toys, glasses, bubbles, and even drinks.

There are 12 tags on each page. Print, cut out, and attach to your gifts!

I taped some on and others I punched a hole on top and tied on gift bags with ribbon or twine.

When assembling classroom presents I always look for affordable but fun gifts that kids will actually like and use.

This year we decided on a summer theme so I let my girls choose a favorite summer treats to gift.

Ava chose Kool-Aide packets (about 20 cents each).

Stella chose ice pops (about 7 cents each).

Other cute ideas include mini sunglasses and bottles of bubbles.

The tags have a space on top to punch a hole for tying on ribbon and kids can write a note or sign their name on the back.

This craft is inspired by one of our favorite Christmas movies, The Grinch. They are easy to make with clear ornaments and the special added touch is a red heart made with two painted fingerprints! Simply paint or fill with colored balls and bells to make pretty keepsakes or gifts for the holidays.

What you need:

• 6-8 small or medium size clear ornaments
• green acrylic paint
• red acrylic paint
• 1 24 pack pack green pompoms
• 1 pack small green bells 
• green pipe cleaners

Directions:

1. You can make these ornaments two ways: painted or filled.
2. For painted, pour a fee drops of bright green paint inside a few clear ornaments. 
3. Swirl around until the entire inside is coated then set aside, propped up so they do not roll and drip, until they completely dry.
4. For the filled, add small green pompom balls, sparkly green rolled up pipe cleaners, and mini green bells until each ornament is full to the top.
5. Add the tops to all finished ornaments.
6. For the fingerprints: pour a small amount of red paint onto a paper plate and dip a thumb (my kids loved this part) into color then press and hold onto ornament for a few seconds.
7. Repeat again making a heart shaped with the thumbprints.
8. Let dry completely then hang on your tree or wrap up as a gift!
