Juicy Texas peaches are in season now and we love using them for both sweet and savory dishes. Simple grilled peaches are my favorite and when the weather isn’t cooperating I grill them in my grill pan on the stove and pop in the broiler. For this dessert, I crumble oatmeal raisin cookies on top and a scoop of ice cream for a simple summer treat!

 cooking for another couple minutes.
Crumble cookies in a bowl.
Mix in brown sugar.
Spoon cookie crumble on top of the cut side of each peach.
