Halloween Baked Jack O’ Brie

This pumpkin shaped appetizer is easy to make with just two simple ingredients.

Delicious served warm with apples and crackers for dipping, this baked brie is a fun dish to serve at Halloween parties and fall dinners!

Halloween Baked Jack O' Brie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Brie round
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin butter jam
  • crackers and sliced apples for serving

Instructions

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Carefully slice off the top rind layer of the brie and set on a cutting board.
  • Carve a jack o lantern face into the layer of brie, pressing the cut out sections out of the cheese and set aside.
  • Spread the jam all over the bottom layer of brie, covering the entire circle.
  • Gently lift the carved brie face and place on top of the jam.
  • Add the brie to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes then remove from the oven.
  • Serve warm with a knife to spread and crackers and apples for dipping.

This festive recipe calls for just two ingredients!

 Carve a jack o lantern face into the layer of brie, pressing the cut out sections out of the cheese and set aside.

Spread the jam all over the bottom layer of brie, covering the entire circle.

I used pumpkin butter jam for this recipe. I found this one at Walmart but I’ve also purchased some at Trader Joe’s.

Gently lift the carved brie face and place on top of the jam.

Add the brie to a baking dish.

Bake for 10 minutes then remove from the oven.

Serve warm with a knife to spread and crackers and apples for dipping.
