Snow ice cream is one of our favorite winter treats to make on our freezing cold snow days!

It is so easy to make with just 5 ingredients including fresh clean snow.

Today we switched up our traditional vanilla and chocolate flavors and made Blackberry Snow Ice Cream topped with fresh berries and sauce.

Sounds like something everyone would enjoy. I have to admit I’ve never had snow ice cream. But then again, I was raised where it didn’t snow often. Mainly ice!

Involving kids into recipe-making is a great way to connect with them and teach them some cooking skills! It is an incredible way to relate to your kiddos.
