Bunny Brunch Fruit Skewers

Makes 6 skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 small watermelon sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup cantaloupe cubed
  • 12 donut holes

Instructions

  • Using a bunny shaped cookie cutter cut out shapes in large slices of watermelon. You need at least 6 depending on the size.
  • Thread all the cut fruit on skewers, with the watermelon bunny in the center.
  • Add a donut hole to the top and bottom of each skewer.
  • Serve right away at brunch or wrap up and chill until ready to serve and add the donuts right before serving.

You can use a variety of cut fruit. I chose pineapple, cantaloupe, and watermelon.
