This shimmering gold popcorn is tossed with Lucky Charms cereal and drizzled in green chocolate. It is a crunchy and sweet snack, perfect for making with the kiddos on St Paddy’s Day!
Ava loved helping me make this fun treat {and sampling it too}!

Instructions

  • Spread popped popcorn out on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Spray generously with gold food color spray.

  • In a large bowl add Lucky Charms cereal {I add 2 to 3 cups} and an additional 1/2 cup of just Lucky Charms marshmallows.
  • Sprinkle all over the popcorn.
  • Next, heat candy melt pouch in the microwave, usually for 1 minute on 50% power, until melted. Drizzle all over the popcorn mix.
