Here’s a fun dessert to make for Christmas gifts and parties this year.

These adorable treats are simply coated peanut butter sandwich cookies decorated for the holidays as festive snowmen!

These easy treats are perfect for making with the kiddos. My little helpers loved to dip and decorate them!

Spread peanut butter on half the Ritz crackers. Top each cracker with remaining Ritz to make cracker sandwiches.

Melt the bark in a bowl according to package directions.

Stir until smooth.

Now using a fork gently dip the cracker sandwiches in the melted chocolate.

Remove and tap gently on the side so excess chocolate will drip off.

Place on a lined pan.

I found these sprinkles at Walmart to decorate.

The perfect little round black eyes and pointed carrot shaped noses for my snowmen bites!

Before they completely harden, add sprinkles to decorate the eyes and nose.

Let cool and harden completely then package and wrap for gifts.

This recipe makes 15 snowman bites- so save a few for yourself and make a couple gift boxes of 6 snowmen to give!

These make great gifts but are also fun for Christmas class parties and holiday potlucks.

Almost too cute to eat!
