We’re snowed in!

We have had snow all week long here in beautiful Missouri. And after the first couple days of being stuck inside, I was already tired of cooking 3 meals a day for my family. That’s when I got creative and cleaned out the snack shelf to make this easy Snow Day Snack Board for lunch for my kids.

This snack board filled with cheese, crackers, fruit, sliced meat, and even a few treats was easy to throw together and use up items I already had available.

It was such a hit with my kids that they request one every snow day now!

It’s not a snow day without hot chocolate right? A hot cup of cocoa goes great with the snack board!

This Florida girl loves Missouri winters!

I just love making fun meals for my family and snack board are one of our favorites.

They are a great way to use up snacks and small treats and super easy to assembly (kids are great at helping with this too)!

Arrange all ingredients on a platter or tray.

Add yogurt to a small bowl as a fruit dip.

Depending on the size of your platter you can add the berries, marshmallows, and candy to small bowls too.

These ingredients are just a recommendation. Feel free to mix it up and use any of your favorite snacks!

Ava loves adding yogurt covered raisins, apples, and olives to ours.

After a day of outside fun this tasty snack board will fill up and satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

My little Southern babies sure do love the snow!

Happy snow day!

We don’t have snow days so I will need to come up with a special reason to do this.
