Makes 1 16oz smoothie
  • 2 tbsp {2 scoops} Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
  • 1 tbsp Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Essential Woman Swirl
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • whipped cream, for topping {optional}
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, for topping {optional}
  • mint sprig, for topping

  1. Add all six smoothie ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large glass then top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, mint, and a straw.

This easy smoothie is made in minutes with just six ingredients.
My favorite trick: I use a frozen banana instead of ice.
I used two Barlean's products for this smoothie: Chocolate Silk Greens
and Chocolate Mint Essential Woman Swirl.
Add all six smoothie ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a large glass.
This recipe makes one large 16oz smoothie- perfect for a filling breakfast on the go!

Pour into a large glass then top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, mint, and a straw.
This Chocolate Mint Smoothie is one of my new easy breakfast favorites!
Bonus: using the Chocolate Silk Greens gives me the energy I need with a powerful dose of nutrition and is only 30 calories!
