This easy smoothie is made in minutes with just six ingredients.
My favorite trick: I use a frozen banana instead of ice.

I used two Barlean’s products for this smoothie: Chocolate Silk Greens
and Chocolate Mint Essential Woman Swirl.

Add all six smoothie ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a large glass.

This recipe makes one large 16oz smoothie- perfect for a filling breakfast on the go!

Pour into a large glass then top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, mint, and a straw.

This Chocolate Mint Smoothie is one of my new easy breakfast favorites!
Bonus: using the Chocolate Silk Greens gives me the energy I need with a powerful dose of nutrition and is only 30 calories!

Thanks to our amazing sponsors who are contributing the following items for the prize:

  • $100 gift card to Williams Sonoma or Sur La Table from our gold sponsor Imperial Sugar
