Lucky Charms Candy Bark

St Pat's is tomorrow and we have a lot of Lucky Charms marshmallows left from our fun photo shoot, so I decided to make this colorful candy bark.
Check out all the Magically Delicious Lucky Charms pictures and recipes we made and liked this year! .
Four ingredients is all you need to make this colorful candy bark in minutes.
Perfect for holidays, parties, and foodie gifts.
My baby girls love being my taste testers for the holidays!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
  • 2oz bag pink candy melts
  • 2 oz bag blue candy melts
  • 2oz bag purple candy melts
  • 16oz bag white chocolate chips
  • rainbow sprinkles

Directions:

  1.  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add white chocolate to a large microwave proof bowl and heat for 45 seconds. Stir then continue heating for 15 seconds, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Working quickly, pour melted white chocolate on the lined baking sheet and spread out into a large rectangle.
  4. Melt the candy melts in the microwave in small separate bowls until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the colored candy melts onto the white chocolate and use a toothpick to swirl.
  6. Sprinkle on the Lucky Charms marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles all over.
  7. Place the baking sheet with the bark in the fridge to harden and set.
  8. Remove from fridge and use your hands to break into chunky pieces.

The toppings are important for this candy bark. The more colorful, the better.
I used a cup of lucky charms marshmallows and a couple pinches of a rainbow sprinkle mix.
Add white chocolate to a large microwave proof bowl and heat for 45 seconds. Stir then continue heating for 15 seconds, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

Working quickly, pour melted white chocolate on the lined baking sheet and spread out into a large rectangle.
Melt the candy melts in the microwave in small separate bowls until smooth.
I use two or three colors.
These bright colored mini marshmallows are perfect for simple treats like this.
Drizzle the colored candy melts onto the white chocolate.
Use a toothpick to gently swirl.
Do not over mix or the colors will get muddled.
Add the rainbow sprinkles all over.
Sprinkle on the Lucky Charms marshmallows.
Place the baking sheet with the bark in the fridge to harden and set.
Remove from fridge and use your hands to break into chunky pieces.
Time to hand out to your kiddos for a St PAt's treat or wrap up for cute food gifts.
These also are perfect for unicorn parties.

Happy St Patrick's Day!
