Lucky Charms Marshmallow Fudge

This colorful Lucky Charms Marshmallow Fudge is sweet, sticky, and magically delicious!
I couldn't resist making a festive treat this week for my girls to enjoy. They love Lucky Charms cereal so I thought why not make green fudge with it for St Patty's?!

Ingredients:

  • 12oz bag {2 1/2 cups} white chocolate chips
  • 1 can {14 ounce}sweetened condensed milk
  • 7oz jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows plus extra for topping
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal {optional}

Directions:

  1. Line an 8x8-inch glass baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving excess to hang over the side of the dish.
  2. Spray aluminum foil lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Add white chocolate chips and condensed milk to a medium saucepan and stir, melting, over med low heat. Be careful not to scorch the chocolate.
  4. Add the Marshmallow Fluff and stir until melted and thoroughly combined.
  5. Remove from heat and add green food coloring, adding drops and stirring until you get desired color.
  6. Stir in 1 cup of Lucky Charms marshmallows and 1 cup of Lucky Charms cereal {optional, it will make it chewier}.
  7. Pour the fudge into your prepared pan.
  8. Sprinkle more Lucky Charms marshmallows on top, lightly pressing the marshmallows in so that they stick.
  9. Place the fudge in the fridge to cool completely and harden slightly.
  10. Remove from the pan with the foil, peel off foil, and cut into squares.
*This is a softer, slightly sticky fudge. It can be messy but is oh so good!

You can add just Lucky Charms marshmallows or both the cereal and marshmallows.
My kids like both but it does make the fudge chewier by adding cereal.
Stir in 1 cup of Lucky Charms marshmallows and 1 cup of Lucky Charms cereal.
Pour the fudge into your prepared pan.
