Ingredients:

Makes 6 skewers
  • 1 small watermelon, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 12 donut holes

Directions:

  1. Using a bunny shaped cookie cutter cut out shapes in large slices of watermelon. You need at least 6 depending on the size.
  2. Thread all the cut fruit on skewers, with the watermelon bunny in the center.
  3. Add a donut hole to the top and bottom of each skewer.
  4. Serve right away at brunch or wrap up and chill until ready to serve and add the donuts right before serving.

You can use a variety of cut fruit. I chose pineapple, cantaloupe, and watermelon.
