Honey Berry Sliced Brie Appetizer

This sweet fruit topped cheese dish looks impressive but is so easy to make with just four ingredients.

It can be served as an appetizer or dessert spread and is perfect for special Valentine’s Day and celebration meals.

This sweet snack is so easy to make and is such a beautiful presentation. Even better, you only need four ingredients!

With a small knife gently cut away the papery rind on the top and bottom of the brie.

I leave the rind on the sides as it is edible and helps it keep it’s shape.

Cut the brie round into small wedges, around 16-18 pieces.

Arrange on a plate in a circular pattern.

Drizzle honey all over the brie.

I like to use sliced strawberries and blackberries for this recipe

but any berries or sliced fruit like apples or pears would be delicious!

Now arrange the fruit on top.

I like to pile the strawberry slices in the middle and then add the blackberries in a circle around them.

Serve and enjoy!
