Christmas Crockpot Hot Chocolate

I made this Hot Chocolate at our Holiday party this year and it was a hit!
Also I loved the idea of making a big batch of this creamy drink and serve marshmallows (check out my adorable gingerbread marshmallows!)  and whipped cream on the side and letting people serve themselves. I kept my crockpot on warm and the Hot Chocolate was the perfect temp the whole party!

Crock-Pot Hot Chocolate

Makes 8-10 mugs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 12-14oz
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 6 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients in a Crock-pot and heat on low for one hour until smooth.
  • Serve in mugs topped with marshmallows and whipped cream.
