I made this Hot Chocolate at our Holiday party this year and it was a hit!
Also I loved the idea of making a big batch of this creamy drink and serve marshmallows (check out my adorable gingerbread marshmallows!) and whipped cream on the side and letting people serve themselves. I kept my crockpot on warm and the Hot Chocolate was the perfect temp the whole party!
Crock-Pot Hot Chocolate
Makes 8-10 mugs

- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 6 cups of milk

- Mix together all ingredients in a Crock-pot and heat on low for one hour until smooth.
- Serve in mugs topped with marshmallows and whipped cream.
