Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Balls

Everything’s better with bacon, right? Try this fun and tasty twist on holiday stuffing this season. 
Great for leftovers too!

Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Balls

Makes 10 stuffing balls

Ingredients

  • 5 strips thick cut bacon
  • 2 1/2 cups stuffing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° degrees.
  • Line baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add bacon to a skillet and cook until partially cooked.
  • Remove to a paper towel to drain.
  • Cut bacon slices in half.
  • Form stuffing into balls with your hands, pressing to stick.
  • Wrap bacon around stuffing and secure with a toothpick.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is cooked and crisp.
  • Drain on a paper towel and serve warm.

I use about 2 1/2 cups of stuffing. You can use homemade or boxed.
Add bacon to a skillet and cook until partially cooked. 
Drain then cut in half.
 
Form stuffing into balls with your hands, pressing to stick.
Wrap bacon around stuffing and secure with a toothpick.
Bake at 375 on a lined greased tray for 15-20 minutes until bacon is cooked and crisp. 
Drain on paper towels and serve warm. 
A tasty Thanksgiving side that everyone will gobble right up!
