Start with two chilled glasses.

Coat the rims of your glasses with lime juice from a sliced lime.

Add green sprinkles to a small plate.

Press and roll the rim of the glasses in the sprinkles to coat.

Add 2-3 small scoops of sherbet to each glass.

I used margarita flavored sherbet, with has no alcohol and is lemon-lime flavored.

Top with cold Sprite until bubbly and full.

Serve garnished with a lime wedge.

Add straws and serve right away. Enjoy!

Here’s to summer only being a couple weeks away! Cheers!

Thank you for posting this as my daughter is having a virtual birthday party and I wanted to share something that the parents can make for their kids. This is yummy.

Looks like a really refreshing drink both kids and adults would enjoy. I am going to try to make this, even though summer is over here in my country and we are now having the rainy season. I am positive this sparkling mocktail would be great for to have, whatever the weather or season!
