Oh, y’all know it’s going to be a good day- it’s National S’mores Day!

I love, love, love S’mores anything and have 9 recipes on the blog featuring this delish summer treat!
Today I wanted to share my copycat recipe for a Starbucks drink that I am hooked on all summer long. That’s right- today I am making a S’mores Frappuccino inspired by Starbucks recipe. Now you can make it at home for much less time and money and you can enjoy it year round. Because seriously Starbucks, S’mores is not just for summer!

S'mores Frappuccino

Makes 1 large Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee {or espresso}
  • 1 tbsp S'mores syrup {I like Torani} optional
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow whipped cream {recipe below}
  • chocolate syrup for drizzle
  • cookie straw for garnish

For the Marshmallow Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Combine coffee, milk, and syrup in a measuring cup and stir.
  • Add ice to a blender then pour in the coffee mixture.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add more ice if needed.
  • Drizzle a large glass with chocolate syrup then pour in half of the frappucino.
  • Add a couple spoonfuls of marshmallow whipped cream then pour in the rest of the frappucino.
  • Top with the remaining marshmallow whipped cream, then drizzle on chocolate syrup, and sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs.
  • Add an edible chocolate cookie straw for even more deliciousness and enjoy!

For the Marshmallow Whipped Cream:

  • Chill a mixing bowl and mixer attachment in the freezer until ready to use.
  • Remove bowl and mixer from freezer and add heavy cream, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and sugar to the bowl.
  • Mix on high until soft peaks form.
  • Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

There is nothing like homemade whipped cream and trust me, it’s super easy to make!
Marshmallow Whipped Cream is my favorite and I make it often for topping my dessert recipes.
You only need 4 ingredients and a few minutes to mix!
Oooey gooey marshmallow fluff is my special ingredient!
Add heavy cream, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and sugar to a mixing bowl.
Be sure to use a very cold bowl and mixer.
Mix on high until soft peaks form.

Frappuccinos like Starbucks are made with 4 basic ingredients: coffee {they use extract, I use the real deal}, milk, ice, and flavor syrup.
I use Torani syrup for most of my drinks and this S’mores version is my favorite for coffee.
Combine coffee, milk, and syrup in a measuring cup and stir.
Add ice to a blender then pour in the coffee mixture.
Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add more ice if needed.
Pour half of the frappuccino in a large glass.
You can add chocolate syrup to the glass too if you want to be wild and crazy!
Add a couple spoonfuls of marshmallow whipped cream.
Then pour in the rest of the frappuccino.
Top with the remaining marshmallow whipped cream.
Then drizzle on chocolate syrup and sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs.
Add an edible chocolate cookie straw for even more deliciousness and enjoy!
Just as delicious- or maybe more- than Starbucks!
Drink up and enjoy National S’mores Day, friends!
