Bunny Butt Pancakes + Easter Recap

This funny breakfast treat is perfect for Easter or any day you want a cute spring themed meal the whole family will love!

We did quite a few Easter egg hunts but our favorite was the underwater egg hunt at our local YMCA!
Easter crafts and treats galore this year.

Story time, crafts, and egg hunt at our favorite Barnes and Noble bookstore. 
The girls got umbrellas full of goodies this year from the Easter bunny. 
Shaving cream dyed eggs this year were a hit with my girls!
Crock-Pot Pineapple Brown Sugar Ham for the win {again and again}!
Easter dinner was piled high and absolutely delish!

Bunny Butt Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized pancakes
  • 8 small "silver dollar" pancakes
  • 32 chocolate chips
  • whipped cream
  • 8 slices cooked bacon

Instructions

  • In a large greased skillet or griddle cook your two different sized pancakes.
  • Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  • When you are ready to serve, place one medium size pancake in the center of a plate.
  • Add two small pancake below it, slightly overlapping. This is the bunny butt and feet.
  • Add two slices of crispy bacon above the medium pancake for the ears.
  • then add chocolate chip paw prints and a whipped cream tail in the center.
  • Serve right away and enjoy this funny breakfast treat!

Cook bacon until crisp and drain.
When you are ready to serve, place one medium size pancake in the center of a plate. 
Add two small pancake below it, slightly overlapping. This is the bunny butt and feet.
My husband has a small cast iron skillet which is perfect for small pancakes for our girls!
Add two slices of crispy bacon above the medium pancake for the ears.
then add chocolate chip paw prints and a whipped cream tail in the center.

Serve right away and enjoy this funny breakfast treat!
