Halloween Candy Corn Cheese Pizza
Happy Halloween!
Even the rain can’t dampen our mood today!
We have had a fun filled weekend at the Zoo Boo, costume parties, and pumpkin patches and tonight we finally get to go trick or treating in our new neighborhood! I made this quick and easy Halloween themed pizza for my kiddos tonight before we went out. This extra cheesy pizza crust is covered in 2 types of cheese to resemble one of our favorite fall candies: candy corn!

Here’s our 2017 Halloween Recap…

 Pumpkin patch family portrait.
Sweet Stella Rose with her pumpkins.
Our annual pumpkin painting happened last night and it was messy fun as always!
Ashton carved a Wonder Woman themed pumpkin this year {no surprise}!
Halloween day free scary face pancakes from IHOP!
We had fun attending lots of Halloween events this week and my little monsters
loved the crafts {and candy too}.
You know me and Starbucks- we had to try the Zombie Frappuccino. It tasted like frozen apple juice and as you can see my kids didn’t share all that well.
Our pumpkins are out and our new home is all decorated for Halloween visitors!
Time to trick or treat! Even the rain can’t stop a family of superheroes!

🍳 How fun is this April Fool's Day breakfast egg prank?! My kids love all the silly tricks we do on April 1st so this year I thought of a new one to really fool them. I served "sunny side up eggs" for breakfast, two different ways! Check out the details on the blog. 😂😂😂

Time to be transparent. I have been struggling for a while now. I feel like I lost myself years ago. Self worth is so important and I am just now starting to love and focus on me again. I am not striving to be perfect but I am so excited to be a healthier, happier me this year.

Sundays are for brunchin' 🍳 🥓
My girls and I had a delicious meal at the one of a kind @wellmetcafe . Standouts were the Tokyo Fog drink with yuzu and boba which tasted like Fruit Loops and the amazing Onyx bacon and soft scrambled eggs with creme fraiche.
Next time I can't wait to try the avocado toast and the Taking Back Sunday chicken sandwich. 🥑

One of my favorite quiet spots in all of Missouri - beautiful Roubidoux Springs in Waynesville, MO. We spent so many afternoons here fishing, splashing, hunting for treasures, skipping rocks, having picnics, and cuddling our dogs. I loved being able to visit again yesterday and enjoy the serene environment and warm sunshine. A must see! ☀️
