Pizza night during Christmas week got a fun twist with these Christmas Tree Pesto Pizzas . My kids love helping make these festive mini pizzas and I love that they are eating flavorful pesto instead of boring traditional red pizza sauce!

My little mini me is the best helper in the kitchen! And since pizza is one of her favorite foods she always volunteers to help me make pizza at home, especially if she can get the first piece for dinner before anyone else!

I use Mama Mary’s mini pizza crusts {3 pack} for this recipe.
Cut each mini pizza crusts into a tree shape.
Place on a baking sheet.
Cut star shapes using a mini star cookie cutter out of the cheese slices. Set aside.
For topping these pizzas I used prepared pesto, mini pepperoni slices, and cheese cut in mini star shapes.
Brush all over with pesto sauce.
This is an easy recipe to let the kids help make!
Top with a handful of mini pepperoni slices on each pizza as ornaments.
You can use the leftover cut crusts to make more mini shaped pizzas.
 Let’s call these ornaments!
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
Then add a cheese star to the top of each pizza.
You can also add a sprinkling of shredded cheese on the pizzas too.
Bake for 1 minute until cheese is slightly melted.
Remove from oven and serve.

Ava and I participated in our first Cook the Book Cookbook Club at @farmingtonpubliclibraryar last night. Everyone made a different recipe from the monthly featured cookbook and then we brought them in to share together and discuss at the library. We made Fall Crostini with brie and orange marmalade, and Ashton and Stella even got to join us! It was so nice to meet new people and we can't wait for the next meeting! 💕 #libraryfun #foodie #cookbookclub #farmingtonar #crostini #easyrecipe #momandme #librarylove #teachthemyoung

🍜 We had so much fun celebrating Lunar New Year last weekend with dinner at @pho_85_noodle_house_llc in Bentonville, AR! The Banh Mi sandwich and Beef and Seafood Pho soups were filled with fresh ingredients and flavor packed. As you can see their portions were huge so it's a great place to share! We also tried an appetizer sampler, Thai Tea, Coconut Boba Smoothie (my girls' favorite) and macarons for dessert. Everything was made to order and delicious. The staff was kind and helpful.
