Family Favorite Tuna Noodle Casserole

This creamy casserole is a family favorite!

It’s easy to assemble and made with only shelf stable ingredients, so we have made it often during quarantine.

Family Favorite Tuna Noodle Casseroles

Ingredients

  • 2 5 oz cans of tuna drained
  • 16 oz bag of egg noodles
  • 2 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup mayo {I used packets}
  • 1 15 oz can peas drained
  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions
  • 3 oz bottle grated parmesan cheese divided

Instructions

  • Cook egg noodles according to the package. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl add soup, mayo, tuna, half of the cheese, and peas. Mix well.
  • Add in cooked noodles and toss to coat.
  • Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the fried onions and remaining grated cheese all over the top.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until warm and golden.

Cook egg noodles according to the package. Drain and set aside.

I used all can and shelf stable food like these mayo packets from all our to go orders.

In a large mixing bowl add soup, mayo, tuna, half of the cheese, and peas. Mix well.

Add in cooked noodles and toss to coat.

Pour into a 9×13 greased baking dish.Sprinkle the fried onions and remaining grated cheese all over the top.Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until warm and golden.

Scoop onto plates and enjoy!This family favorite meal is requested often by my kids and is delicious for leftovers the next day too!
