Today, March 2, is Dr Seuss Day and in honor of the amazing author we all love my kiddos and I decided we should have breakfast for dinner! Green Eggs and Ham is our traditional meal on this fun day but I decided to make it extra special by making an extra fluffy, cheesy omelet for my girls to share!
Check out the recipe below along with a few flashback pics from Dr Seuss Birthday celebrations
from the years past.

Oh my little babies! This was 2016 reading our favorite Dr. Seuss stories.
My sweet little Stella when she was just a tiny thing!
Last year we had a green eggs and ham lunch and story with Daddy on his lunch break.
Love these memories!
Last year’s open faced ham and sunny side green egg sandwich.

Well, we made it 8 years with my wild child with no broken bones...until skate night last night. Stella has a small fracture on her finger and had to get a splint at the hospital today. But in true Stella fashion, it is not slowing her down! #wildchild #mamasgirl #brokenbone #bravegirl #wildone

Here are our favorite books from the list:
