Arrange baby carrots on a plate or round platter.

My girls get these mini packs of baby carrots for lunch and snack time at school daily. I used 6 packs for this veggie tray.

Add black olives stacked in a triangle shape for 2 eyes and a nose.

Arrange the red pepper strips at the bottom in a row as a smile.

Stack a row celery at the top center for a stem.

Serve with a bowl of dip like ranch, blue cheese, or queso cheese.

Fun, spooky, and good for you too!

I served the pumpkin veggie tray with spooky mini pizzas and zombie guts pasta for Halloween this year.

My kiddos had a blast trick or treating as ghostbusters this Halloween!

Happy Halloween from my family to yours!
