Luau Pineapple Mango Salsa

This fresh fruit salsa is a delicious summer dish to serve at your next pool party, luau, or barbecue!
Just mix together the 5 ingredients for this Luau Pineapple Mango Salsa and you have a crowd pleasing appetizer made in just a few minutes!
You can’t go wrong with pineapples- to eat and to decorate with- at Luaus, pool parties, and just about any summertime outdoor gathering!

Luau Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1 large mango peeled and diced
  • 1/2 large red onion diced
  • 1 cup {5-6} mini sweet peppers diced
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  • Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the flesh making two pineapple "bowls".
  • Dice up the scooped out pineapple and place in a bowl.
  • Add diced mango, onion, and peppers to the bowl with the pineapple and mix well.
  • Now add the zest and juice of one lime and toss to mix in.
  • Scoop into one of the pineapple bowls {discard the other pineapple bowl or use for another recipe}.
  • Serve the salsa with chips for dipping and enjoy.

You just need one bowl so you can discard the other pineapple bowl or use for another recipe.

 Mix everything together and you are good to go!
