Neighborhood Nature Walk Scavenger Hunt | Printable Kids Activity

It’s spring time and the weather is finally starting to warm up! This month has been a rough one for the whole world but I don’t want to stay inside, and keep my kids and pets inside, 24/7 either.

Staying with the recommended social distancing in our country right now, but still allowing for some fresh air and sunshine, is important in my opinion. We have been enjoying family walks, bike rides, and walking our dog in our neighborhood and walking trails almost every day. To make it more exciting for my kiddos I created this fun Neighborhood Nature Walk Scavenger Hunt printable.

Scroll down for the link to download the free printable. Hope you and your family enjoy and stay healthy!

It was cold the other day but we worked up a sweat during our walk!

I printed out the scavenger hunt and clipped it to a clipboard with a pen attached so the girls could easily carry it around on our walk.

I love our beautiful neighborhood.

Unfortunately it is on a hill and my girls usually moan about the uphill trek but they were so excited about their new activity they didn’t complain once!

***Mom win!

All bundled up and feeling good after our walk! We found everything on our list!

When this kid has an activity or job to do, she sure is determined. I love that about her!

Stella loves games and running around so this was the perfect activity for her!

This was a fun way for us to explore our neighborhood and get some much needed fresh air and exercise, while still maintaining social distancing guidelines.

Hope you and your family enjoy this activity too!

So much fun! I love my girls.

I love this idea! What a great way to get outside and keep the kids’ minds engaged. Our couch-potato levels have increased significantly in the past couple of days, and I can’t wait to give this a try! I’m pretty sure Oliver will enjoy this immensely. Thanks, Nicole!
