Pumpkin Spice Dessert Hummus #PumpkinWeek

This festive sweet Pumpkin Spice Dessert Hummus is a delicious dessert or appetizer for a fall gathering.

Ingredients:

 
  • 15oz can chickpeas {garbanzo beans} rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup Cabot Creamery Vanilla Bean Lowfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
  • crackers for dipping

Directions: 

  1. Add chickpeas, yogurt, pumpkin, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice to a food processor.
  2. Blend well until smooth and combined. 
  3. Scoop into a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice on top.
  5. Serve with crackers for dipping and enjoy!
