A “florentine” dish means it is layered with spinach so for this recipe I updated my classic quiche recipe and added fresh baby spinach, chopped turkey, and cream cheese.
Nordic Ware and Wewalka both are sponsors of Easter Brunch Week this year.
I was lucky enough to receive some pretty awesome products from them.
For this recipe I used my Nordic Ware tart pan and Wewalka pie dough.
Press defrosted pie crust into your deep dish pie dish or tart pan.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, cubed cream cheese, and milk together.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle chopped spinach and turkey in the bottom of the pie shell.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese all over.
Place the pie dish on a baking sheet in case it over flows or leaks.
Bake for 40 minutes or until browned and the egg mixture is cooked through.
Cool slightly then remove from tart pan.
How beautiful does this quiche look?!
Quiche, or “egg pie” as my kids call it, is always a hit every time
I serve it for holidays, brunches, and potlucks.
Slice and serve warm.
Delicious on it’s own or serve with fruit and bacon for brunch or a side salad for dinner.

I actually have some deli turkey slices in my fridge. I am burnt out on sandwiches, so this will be a perfect way to use up that package and make my hubby happy.
