Air Fryer Corned Beef Brisket

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

This Air Fryer Corned Beef Brisket is hands down my new favorite way to cook our favorite St Patty’s meal! It is easy, requires no extra ingredients, and takes 1/4 of the time it would take with my Crock-Pot! I just love how juicy and tender the brisket turns out in only 90 minutes.

Air Fryer Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Corned Beef Brisket I used a flat cut

Instructions

  • Rinse corned beef with cold water to remove any excess salty brine. Then pat dry with paper towels.
  • Sprinkle with included seasoning packet that comes with the brisket.
  • Wrap the corned beef in a large sturdy piece of  aluminum foil, seasoning side up.
  • I do not preheat my Air Fryer but you can preheat it a few minutes before at 370 degrees.
  • Place the wrapped brisket in the Air Fryer and cook for 1 hour at 360 degrees.
  • Open the Air Fryer, open the aluminum foil (careful of the steam) and spoon some of the juice onto the top of the brisket.
  • Wrap up the aluminum foil again and cook for 20-30 more minutes or until the internal temp is 145 degrees.
  • Remove carefully from the air fryer basket and allow the corned beef to rest for at least 10 minutes.
  • Unwrap and slice against the grain to your desired thickness. Serve warm with cabbage, potatoes, and horseradish sauce.

I purchased my corned beef brisket from Aldi. I got a 3lb flat cut and it turned out tender and juicy in the Air Fryer!

Rinse corned beef with cold water to remove any excess salty brine. Then pat dry with paper towels.

Sprinkle with included seasoning packet that comes with the brisket.

Wrap the corned beef in a large sturdy piece of  aluminum foil, seasoning side up.

Place the wrapped brisket in the Air Fryer and cook for 1 hour at 360 degrees.

Open the Air Fryer, open the aluminum foil (careful of the steam) and spoon some of the juice onto the top of the brisket.

Wrap up the aluminum foil again and cook for 20-30 more minutes or until the internal temp is 145 degrees.

Remove carefully from the air fryer basket and allow the corned beef to rest for at least 10 minutes.

How amazing does that look? It cooked in 1/4 of the time it takes me with my Crock-Pot too!

Unwrap and slice against the grain to your desired thickness.

Serve warm with cabbage, potatoes, and horseradish sauce.

🍓 Today is National Pick Strawberries Day. Going to local farms and picking fresh produce is one of our favorite family traditions. We were lucky enough to go strawberry picking at @eckertfarms last weekend. It was the biggest farm we have ever been to and quite a memorable experience! We left with a basket full of fresh juicy berries, strawberry cider and pastries from the market, and soaking wet clothes (but smiles on our faces). I'll share more about the hail storm that hit us in the middle of the field later... ⛈️😨 #nationalpickstrawberriesday #farmfresh #strawberry #eckerts #farmtotable #farmlife #illinois #springtime #familyfun #eckertfarms #eckertsmemories

❤️This week marks 2 years since our beloved cocker spaniel Dylan passed away. I created this free printable Rainbow Bridge poem on the blog in honor of Dylan. It can be customized with your pet's photo and would be a cherished framed gift for someone who has lost a special pet. #rainbowbridge #doglove #dogheaven #rip #mydog #neverforgotten #rainbowbridge🌈

🌯Late #CincoDeMayo post! My first visit to @forttacostl last night was delicious! I tried a variety and loved it all. They were out of pork but that gives me an excuse to go back and try the al pastor pork and homemade sauce next time!
