Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
This Air Fryer Corned Beef Brisket is hands down my new favorite way to cook our favorite St Patty’s meal! It is easy, requires no extra ingredients, and takes 1/4 of the time it would take with my Crock-Pot! I just love how juicy and tender the brisket turns out in only 90 minutes.
Air Fryer Corned Beef
Ingredients
- 3 lb Corned Beef Brisket I used a flat cut
Instructions
- Rinse corned beef with cold water to remove any excess salty brine. Then pat dry with paper towels.
- Sprinkle with included seasoning packet that comes with the brisket.
- Wrap the corned beef in a large sturdy piece of aluminum foil, seasoning side up.
- I do not preheat my Air Fryer but you can preheat it a few minutes before at 370 degrees.
- Place the wrapped brisket in the Air Fryer and cook for 1 hour at 360 degrees.
- Open the Air Fryer, open the aluminum foil (careful of the steam) and spoon some of the juice onto the top of the brisket.
- Wrap up the aluminum foil again and cook for 20-30 more minutes or until the internal temp is 145 degrees.
- Remove carefully from the air fryer basket and allow the corned beef to rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Unwrap and slice against the grain to your desired thickness. Serve warm with cabbage, potatoes, and horseradish sauce.
