Made Boobie Cookies for our local breastfeeding support meeting and I thought they were prefect to share for World Breastfeeding Week. So glad to live in an area where I have so much support from the local breastfeeding community. These cookies are easy to make and perfect for bachelorette parties, breastfeeding groups, and even Mardi Gras!
I nursed my sweet Stella for over 2 years! We just ended our breastfeeding journey last month but I will always treasure the time I was blessed to breastfeed both my babes!
Ingredients:
- 12 Pink round candies {I used Sixlets}
- 1 Krusteaz Shortbread Cookie Mix {I like Krusteaz brand}
- Pink decorating icing
Directions:
- Prepare cookie dough according to box.
- I used a medium cookie scoop to scoop out 12 larger rounded cookies and placed on a lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Let cool then pipe a circle of pink incing in the middle of each cookie and immediately add a pink round candy on top.
- Serve right away or store in a closed container for up to a week.
How fun are these tasty shortbread boob cookies?!
I also made sugar cookies and used cookie cutters to stamp out letters then drizzled with leftover pink icing. I spelled out Breast Is Best.
