Loaded Hashbrown Waffles

Breakfast all in one! 
These hashbown waffles are filled with all the breakfast faves including eggs, bacon, and cheese!
Perfect for breakfast on the go and busy weekdays.


Ingredients:

Makes 6-8 waffles 

  • 1 lb frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped {optional}
Directions:

  1. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. Add hashbrowns to a large bowl and break into pieces with a spoon. 
  3. Add eggs and cheese and mix well.
  4. Open waffle iron and spray with non stick spray on the inside.
  5. Add a golf ball size mound of hashbrown mix to the center of each waffle plate.
  6. Close and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. 
  7. Remove waffles, repeat with remaining mix, then serve warm.
Add hashbrowns to a large bowl and break apart.
Add eggs, cheese, and bacon or meat. 
Mix well.
Preheat waffle iron.
Coat with non stick spray.
Add golf ball size mounds of mix in the center of each waffle plate. 
Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes.

Remove and repeat with remaining mix.

Makes about 6 to 8 waffles.
Serve warm and enjoy this hearty meal!
