The Grinch is one of our favorite Christmas characters (and Dr. Seuss books) so of course, every holiday season we do a Grinch themed family meal or movie night.

This year I decided to add to the fun by making Merry Grinchmas printed gift tags and a frameable sign! These adorable tags are the perfect addition to any gift or basket. Add the Merry Grinchmas sign to a frame for an easy gift idea or display at home for a fun and simple Christmas decoration!

The gift tags are all on one sheet with nine total tags. 

There are three Grinch themed designs per page of tags. Simply cut out the nine tags and add to your gifts.

Punch a hole in the top of each tag, string ribbon through and tie or tape onto any holiday gift.

We made these candy filled cups for Ava’s teachers this year. I love how cute they turned out with the gift tags attached!

Stella’s teacher gift this year was a snow globe inside a Christmas mug.

Perfect for your next movie night event, these free themed printables include a sign, tickets, and labels.

Use them to decorate for your movie party or use as tags for a movie screening themed gift!

These printables are perfect for a movie night screening party anytime!

You can make them themed like I did below for Halloween or simply do it for a family gathering or birthday party.

I have included one sheet with 4 printable small movie tickets and 4 tags you can use as party decor/food labels or attach to a movie night gift basket. 

Enjoy these fun props to make your movie night extra special!

Movie Night Gift Idea:

For this movie night gift I used two carriers.

One is a cardboard drink carrier. The other is a plastic caddy from the Dollar Tree.

They are perfect for loading with movie night treats and drinks and you can reuse them!

 I like individual ciders, bottled sodas, and hot cocoa packets.  

You have to add candy for movie night, right?

I always include a few movie theater sized chocolate treats and a pack of popcorn.

Another idea is to add comfy socks and something special for the specific person your gifting.

I added nail polish and little toys to ours!

Use the Movie Night printable tag and attach it to the carrier. I punched a hole at the top and tied on with ribbon. 

You can also add the tickets and movie night sign in the carrier for the person you are gifting to use for their movie night- 

and even add a DVD or movie rental coupon. 

And for Halloween we added a spider and vampire teeth too- extra decorations to go with the holiday or theme are always a cool touch.

If you use a cardboard carrier too you could also color or decorate it with stickers.  No matter what it will be a one of a kind gift!

So fun and easy- this really is a great gift for just about anyone!

We hosted an outdoor movie night to watch the long awaited Hocus Pocus 2 last weekend. Ava and I made this easy snack to serve to all the neighborhood kids that came over.

Witch Finger Dipped Pretzels are a creepy, salty sweet treat to make this Halloween!

Welcome to 2022’s #HalloweenTreatsWeek event!

#HalloweenTreatsWeek is a yearly Halloween blogging event that is hosted by Angie from Big Bear’s Wife . This event is an online, week-long event that is filled with some amazingly wicked Halloween treats and recipes from some fantastic Halloween loving bloggers!

Wicked Witch Finger Dipped Pretzels

Makes 15 witch fingers

Ingredients

• 15 sliced almonds
• 15 large pretzel rods
• 6 ounces green candy melts about 1/2 bag

Instructions

• Start by adding about half a bag of green candy melts to a medium bowl. Melt on 50% power for one minute, stir.
• Then heat for another 30 seconds until fully melted and smooth when stirred.
• Holding a pretzel rod by the end, dip it in the green melted candy until it is mostly covered, leaving about a one inch section undipped where you are holding it.
• I lightly tap or shake the pretzel over the bowl, being careful not to break it, to remove any extra coating.
• When you get to the bottom of the bowl you can use a spoon to help scoop up the candy melts and coat the pretzel.
• Immediately press one of the sliced almonds, pointed side up, on the tip of the coated pretzel rod.
• Repeat steps with the remaining pretzels.
• When the coating has started to dry and is mostly matte but not completely hard, you can add the knuckles.
• Take a toothpick and gently roll it across the top of each pretzel, in about 3 small rows, to add wrinkles.
• Make two sets of wrinkles, one near the fingernail and one about halfway down the finger.
• Let dry completely and serve.

Notes

To speed up drying time you can refrigerate them for 5-10 minutes. 

All you need for this super easy treat are three simple ingredients!

These Hocus Pocus themed printable food tent cards are a must have for your upcoming Halloween parties and movie nights!

I made these cute labels for my Hocus Pocus movie party that I hosted last weekend.

After a long month of family quarantine it was definitely the fun and relaxing at home night we all needed. 

These cards are available 4 on a page with 3 different Hocus Pocus designs. 

I added names of all 12 of the themed foods and drinks I served at my party.  Then I also included 3 pages of blank, write your own cards.
