<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" style="border: 0pt none;" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/fork-8.png" align="center"></p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3798-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3798-1024x682.jpg" width="400" height="266" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">For this recipe I use a combo of baby shrimp and imitation crab.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Pictured here is crab leg style but I prefer flaked for the right texture in the salad.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3908-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3908-1024x682.jpg" width="398" height="265" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I use one large package of flake style crab and roughly chop it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3801-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3801-1024x682.jpg" width="392" height="261" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I am not a fan of big chucks in my seafood salads so I make sure to finely dice the celery.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3800-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3800-1024x682.jpg" width="397" height="264" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Add the first four ingredients to a large bowl.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3802-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3802-1024x682.jpg" width="401" height="267" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Now add 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice {about 1/4 of a lemon}.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3803-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3803-1024x682.jpg" width="401" height="267" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Finally mix in your seasonings: 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning and salt/white pepper, to taste.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3814-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3814-682x1024.jpg" width="303" height="455" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Mix until combined then chill until ready to serve.<br />
<a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3822-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/IMG_3822-1024x682.jpg" width="398" height="265" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a><br />
Serve alone, on bread, or with crackers.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">For this recipe I use one 8oz package of lump crab meat which was about 1 heaping cup full.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I love the flavor and meatiness of lump crab.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">If you want a more affordable crab you can try backfin or claw.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3307-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3307-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<p>&nbsp;Heat a saute pan over medium heat and add butter.<br />
Once butter is melted, add onions and bell peppers.<br />
<a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3310-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3310-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a><br />
Saute for 4 minutes or until softened.</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3313-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3313-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<p>&nbsp; In a large bowl, mix together eggs and half and half.</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3314-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3314-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<p>For seasoning I use 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder,<br />
1/8 tsp white pepper, and 1/8 tsp salt.<br />
<a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3316-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3316-682x1024.jpg" width="213" height="320" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067"></a><br />
Add spices and sauteed onion mixture.<br />
<a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3317-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3317-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a><br />
Finally, gently stir in the crab.</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3315-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/IMG_3315-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600"></a></div>
<p>&nbsp;Add half the cheese to the bottom of the pie crust.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Place in oven and bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes until cooked through.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Remove from oven and let sit for at least 10 minutes to set.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s Wok Wednesday and we are stirring up our routine this week! Living in a little military town, we don&#8217;t get restaurant quality Asian food often. But with &nbsp;<b>P.F. Chang’s Home Menu</b> frozen meals and appetizers we can have a quick, stress-free meal with authentic, made-from-scratch sauces and vibrant veggies. Recipes are inspired by the P.F. Chang’s Bistro and co-developed with restaurant co-founder Philip Chiang.<br />
<a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/IMG_814728229-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/IMG_814728229-1024x682.jpg" width="403" height="268" border="0"></a><br />
The new family size Orange Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice are our two favorites and one bag is plenty for all four of us for dinner. The entire skillet meal is ready in less than 15 minutes and that makes for one happy Mama, especially on a busy weeknight! Tonight since I had some extra time, I decided to make another restaurant inspired dish: <b>Cream Cheese Crab Wontons</b> to go with our Orange Chicken for dinner.</p>

<p>Check out the recipe below and be sure to find new <b>P.F. Chang’s Home Menu</b> family size<b>&nbsp;</b>frozen meals in the freezer section of your local grocery store.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">The Orange Chicken meal was a hit in our home!&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">It has a hint of spice but both girls loved the flavorful sauce, big juicy pieces of chicken, and crunchy veggies.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;<img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/IMG_810928229-682x1024.jpg" width="213" height="320" border="0"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Signature Pork Dumplings are made with ground pork, shredded cabbage, sliced scallions and a &nbsp;Signature Sauce. We love these as an appetizer or lunch meal.&nbsp;</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Stella, who loves eating with her hands as most toddlers do, enjoyed dipping the dumplings and making a mess! It was a messy but good meal for her!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">It doesn&#8217;t get much easier than adding yuor skillet meal to a pan or wok and heating for less than 15 minutes!</div>
