One of my favorite Southern desserts is Bananas Foster so when I came across this recipe in my Melting Pot cookbook I knew I wanted to try it! So today I invited my friend, Molly over and after a healthy lunch of deli sandwiches we indulged in this chocolate caramel delight!
The best thing about dessert fondue is it only takes a few minutes to make. I simply melted white chocolate in the microwave and poured it over half a sliced banana in a fondue pot (or use a saucepan). Add caramel sauce, banana extract, and rum and it’s ready!
So easy, yet so impressive and mouth-wateringly delish!
